Key expressions for Business Correspondence (ключевые фразы для деловой переписки)



В современном бизнесе существует два вида деловой переписки – классическая форма письма и переписка по электронной почте. Общение по email распространено, конечно, гораздо больше, однако и обычное письмо по-прежнему не теряет своей актуальности. Главные отличия классического письма от email – их форма.

Классическое деловое письмо составляется по определенной схеме с использованием следующих клише:
